I hope you don’t mind, but I wanted to send you a great big THANK YOU for EVERYTHING YOU & YOUR WONDERFUL staff did for my husband and I. I can honestly tell you that the wedding was flawless and we were EXTREMELY PLEASED with all of the service from the facilities & staff of Benedict’s.

I have heard nothing but rave reviews from all that attended and I must say that I was in awe at how wonderful everything flowed and looked. Brian did an incredible job on the ceremony and made us feel sensational!!! The butterfly release was beyond belief and went better then I could have dreamed of!

I will truly recommend Benedict’s to all and especially Brian’s services as the officiate. Please know that everyone was on top of things and the lady who took care of Chris & I (as well as our family) was tremendous as well!

I can’t say thank you enough for making our wedding so warm and wonderful. I honestly have no complaints and thought the wedding and reception was PERFECT! Please extend a huge THANK YOU to your staff as well as yourself! We will certainly never forget the amazing staff at Benedict’s. I can only hope that other brides were as happy as I was. You made our wedding WONDERFUL & VERY MEANINGFUL!

Shirley and Benedict’s Staff:

I want to personally thank you for your wonderful efforts for our 430 people Customer Appreciation Cocktail party at the Southern Food and Beverage Museum.

Everyone said the food was delicious – quite a feat for a cocktail party! The Bananas Foster demonstration was a big hit and a wonderful touch to the evening’s theme.

It took many phone calls and emails to get this party planned, but I was very comfortable with my catering choice. I can’t wait to use your services for our next party.

I just want to thank you very much for the time and trouble you took with me to put this party on. Everyone had an awesome time. They could not get over how nice this place was. The food was awesome so they said. Everything was awesome. Also, Robin came to me and ask how everything was. She was very very nice. She even said that my daughter looked like the day she got married 25 yrs ago. She was looking at her wedding book. That made my daugher feel very good. I will recommend your place to everyone that I know is looking for a wedding rec etc. Janet was very good also. What made this so awesome Nicole, was I did not have to worry about anything that night. Janet took care of cutting cake, the dance etc. It was worth every penny I spent. My daugher was very very surprise and what made it so awesome that I was able to put something over her. She had not idea of the party. Everyone I spoke to told me that I did a great job, if it had not been for you all, it would not have been that great. Also the help you had there serving the food for the 1st hr. cleanning off the tables and the carver was great also. So all of your staff was great. I have no plans on getting married, but if I do, I will have it here, but don’t look for me anytime soon. You ever know though, don’t never say never. Well Nicole, I think I took care of mentioning everything. Oh the DJ was great. He played everything I requested.

So thanks again for all your help.
